Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and Anticipate bottlenecks
Objectives:
Supports the Head of Marketing (HOM) in the planning and implementation of the AOP (Annual Operational Plan) in order to generate strong business results for the business.
- Develop Brand media plans in collaboration with relevant agencies and stakeholders. Ensure follow through in order to maximize impact on brand equity growth
- Responsible to develop and execute AOP consumer activity plan Works in partnership with local agencies to implement consumer activities according to the AOP plan
- Supports annual digital strategic planning in conjunction with cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Support in Developing and implementing all digital media tactics across online channels such as Social, Display, Mobile, SEM, SEO, OPRM etc.
- Leads digital performance analytics and continued optimization of plan: Continuously seeks and tests new digital opportunities with current and potential partners, Utilizes competitive industry and business analysis to define digital opportunities
- Assists the HOM to ensure that pricing is in line with the guidelines agreed with the business. Regularly Track RPIs within the category and make recommendations when required, on pricing to consumers in line with pricing strategy
- Maximizing E-commerce channels to create awareness and sales of the products.
- Responsible for managing marketing budget and ROI: Understands the impact of marketing spend the P&L of the category and tracks the brands performance and health
- Creates and maintains key metrics reports and dashboards, traffic and acquisition, conversion, campaign metrics and forecasts.
- Track, analyze and report campaign results through weekly reports.
- Deliver monthly business performance reports
