How You Will Contribute

  • You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

More About This Role
What you need to know about this position:
You will be required to:

  • Implement the Brand Vision, Brand Strategy, and the main growth drivers.
  • Support in the development of comprehensive Marketing Plans and Strategies
  • Help manage a winning Brand Portfolio, covering all channels (including e-commerce) and target audiences and delivering Revenue Growth Management KPIs.
  • Help define the Innovation Brand Pipeline with a long-term vision and the deployment in the different markets.
  • Help detect new brand opportunities taking into consideration the business needs and the Categories development.
  • Assist in defining the Brand Communication and Digital Strategy in collaboration with external partners to boost brand awareness and build the brand equity.
  • Coordinate Marketing Strategies with the Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Communication Teams as well as the rest of the Marketing Department
  • Stay informed of Marketing Strategies and Trends
  • Understanding the impact of marketing spend on the P&L of the category and tracks the brands performance.
  • Providing marketing intelligence for strategic decision-making
  • Assist the Category Manager to ensure that pricing is in line with the validated pricing strategy in the category plan and makes recommendations when required on pricing to consumers and defines the desired relative pricing.
