Job Description:
- We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketer / Brand Strategist to grow and strengthen our spa brand. T
- his role is responsible for shaping brand perception, increasing visibility, driving bookings, and ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
- The ideal candidate understands lifestyle and wellness branding and can translate strategy into campaigns that attract, engage, and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Define and maintain brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency
- Ensure all communications reflect the spa’s values and premium experience
Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for services, packages, promotions, and seasonal offers
- Manage digital presence across social media, website, email, and Google Business
- Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals, video) with internal teams or vendors
Customer Growth & Engagement:
- Drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and repeat bookings
- Support loyalty programs, partnerships, and influencer collaborations
- Align marketing efforts with customer experience and service delivery
Performance & Insights:
- Track and analyze campaign performance and brand metrics
- Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize strategies based on data and customer feedback

Brand Growth & Awareness:
- Increase in brand awareness and reach (social media impressions, website traffic)
- Growth in social media followers and engagement rate
- Brand consistency score across platforms and touchpoints
- Customer Acquisition & Revenue Impact
- Number of new client bookings driven by marketing campaigns
- Conversion rate from campaigns (ads, promotions, content)
- Revenue contribution from marketing-led initiatives
Campaign Performance:
- Campaign ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Engagement metrics (click-through rate, saves, shares, comments)
- Timely execution of campaigns and promotions
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Growth in repeat bookings influenced by campaigns
- Email open and click-through rates
- Customer feedback and brand sentiment (reviews, testimonials, ratings)
Operational & Reporting KPIs:
- Monthly performance reports delivered on time
- Accuracy and clarity of insights and recommendations
- Collaboration effectiveness with operations and service teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years experience in brand marketing or digital marketing
- Experience in spa, beauty, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
