We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Brand, Media, and Communications Manager to lead our brand presence, media campaigns, and communications efforts. This management role requires hands-on experience in content creation, video production, PR, content writing, and team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee brand messaging across digital platforms, support product launches, including our mobile application, and drive engagement with our audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and manage the company’s brand, media, and communications strategy across all platforms
- Plan, produce, and oversee content creation, including video shooting, editing, graphics, and written content
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to support business growth and product launches
- Manage public relations, media relations, and brand reputation, ensuring consistent and professional messaging
- Supervise and mentor the creative, media, and communications team
- Drive growth and engagement across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging with business objectives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, converting insights into actionable strategies
- Ensure all communications reflect the company’s brand identity, voice, and values
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, media, and communications
- Hands-on experience in content creation, video production/editing, and content writing
- Strong experience in public relations, corporate communications, and reputation management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative or media teams
- Experience in technology companies or supporting app/product launches is an advantage
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to deliver results, manage multiple projects, and maintain high standards of quality
