  - We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Branding/ Communications Specialist. In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in shaping and conveying CEESOLAR’s brand image and messaging through various communication channels.
  
 Responsibilities
 Brand Strategy & Campaigns:
  - Develop and implement cohesive branding and communication strategies aligned with CEESOLAR's mission and values.
  - Lead brand positioning initiatives, ensuring CEESOLAR is recognized as a market leader.
  - Manage and optimize CEESOLAR's online visibility, digital presence, and social media reputation.
  - Execute online and offline marketing projects, email campaigns, and advertising strategies.
  - Identify market trends and growth opportunities, developing strategies to drive awareness and sales.
  
 Content Creation & Media Management:
  - Craft engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns that maintains brand tone and consistency.
  - Oversee the creation of visually appealing materials like graphics, brochures, and advertisements.
  - Manage media relations, respond to inquiries, and arrange interviews, press releases, and newsletters.
  - Coordinate the production of company events, product launches, and marketing collateral.
  - Create compelling documentaries to showcase CEESOLAR’s initiatives and impact.
  
 Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-functional Collaboration:
  - Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to enhance brand credibility.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging with CEESOLAR’s overall marketing strategy.
  - Oversee website updates and social media content to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  - Maintain comprehensive records of campaigns, communications, and client interactions.
  
 Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand performance and the success of key initiatives.
  
 Brand Standards & Documentation:
  - Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all communications.
  - Document processes and procedures related to branding and communications to ensure consistency.
  
 Qualifications
  - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  - Minimum of three years of experience in branding and communications, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  - Strong written, verbal, and project management skills.
  - Knowledge of SEO, website management, marketing automation, and analytics.
  - Photography skills are an advantage.
