Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the technology strategy for our renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative renewable energy solutions tailored to the needs of residential and commercial clients.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Technology Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of all renewable energy systems, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to deliver cutting-edge energy solutions while maintaining strong relationships.
- Sustainability Focus: Champion environmentally sustainable practices and integrate clean energy technologies into all aspects of project execution.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the company's competitive edge.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all technology systems comply with regulatory standards and industry best practices, including cybersecurity and data protection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced Degrees (e.g., MBA, MSc) are a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in renewable energy systems.
- Proven expertise in loT, energy storage systems, and grid integration technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
