Responsibilities
- As the IT Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the company’s technology infrastructure. Your
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend software applications, APIs, and system integrations.
- Configuring and maintaining servers, networks, and other core IT infrastructure.
- Acting as the ERP system expert, ensuring proper implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Supporting setup, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware systems (computers, printers, routers, switches, etc.).
- Monitoring system performance and availability; identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Managing database design, performance tuning, backups, and security.
- Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and assets.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deploy reliable software systems.
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and support log
- Providing user support and training on hardware/software usage.
- Participating in system upgrades, patch management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
