Our client is looking to hire a detail-oriented Business Analyst who will play a key role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. This role is crucial for identifying opportunities for improvement, optimizing processes, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for projects and initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Process Modeling: Create and maintain process models to visualize and document current and future business processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and cost reduction within client organizations.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with consulting teams to design solutions that address client needs, including process redesign, technology implementation, and organizational changes.
  • Business Case Development: Assist in developing compelling business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and feasibility studies for client projects.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between clients and consulting teams, ensuring effective and transparent communication.
  • Change Management: Support clients in identifying the impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies associated with proposed changes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements through testing and quality assurance efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
  • Proficiency in using business and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and report-writing.

Must have skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
