Skills and Experience:
- University degree in technical, design, or business discipline with 3+ years of postgraduate experience in Business Analysis, Product Management in technology, finance, or a multinational organization.
- Experience facilitating ideation workshops and developing product requirements specifications and user stories.
- Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of Agile and Scrum.
- Previous experience as Product Owner/Manager or Scrum Master is desirable. Excellent quantitative and visual modelling (process flow maps, use case modelling, etc.) skills to analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Experience with customer-facing products/advocacy of customer experience is an added advantage.
- Strong project management skills: high-quality delivery taking into account scope, costs, and time.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple products at any stage of their life cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with extreme attention to detail.
- Collaborative personality, with an ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different entities and departments.
- Experience working with product management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- User Experience (UX) design skills is an added advantage.
