Role Summary

  • This Analyst will oversee analytics for the Business (B2B) and Rentals unit. The role ensures visibility into contract performance, fleet utilization, operational efficiency, billing accuracy, client acquisition and retention, and rental revenue trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own analytics across B2B contracts and Rentals operations.
  • Build dashboards for client performance, trip fulfillment, SLA adherence, billing accuracy, and fleet utilization.
  • Analyze rental performance: revenue per vehicle/day, demand patterns, peak availability windows, downtime, and profitability.
  • Track key business metrics such as billing accuracy, fulfillment rate, contract profitability, and fleet efficiency.
  • Monitor client retention trends and account health.
  • Validate and improve data quality for billing, invoicing, and fleet-related datasets.
  • Provide insight into client acquisition performance (e.g., time-to-close, acquisition cost, proposal win trends) as part of supporting the Business Development team.
  • Prepare dashboards and periodic performance reviews for B2B and Rentals leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years experience in business analysis, operations analytics, financial analytics, or B2B analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Sheets.
  • BI experience using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio.
  • Experience with advanced analytics or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar technologies) is an added advantage.
  • Experience with fleet, rentals, logistics, or corporate operations is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
