Role Summary
- This Analyst will support multiple departments such as Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, People and Culture within the organisation. They will build dashboards, run departmental KPIs, respond to ad-hoc requests, and ensure each team has clean, reliable, and actionable insights. This role acts as an internal consultant and maintains consistent metrics across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as analytics support for several internal departments.
- Build dashboards and reports for performance monitoring across functions.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep dives for strategic questions and leadership requests.
- Standardise metric definitions and maintain documentation.
- Ensure high data quality for departmental data sources.
- Translate varying business requirements into analysis, models, and insights.
- Present periodic multi-department performance reports to leadership.
- Provide optimisation recommendations based on departmental KPIs.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills.
- BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio).
- Experience with advanced analytics or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar technologies) is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contexts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
