Overview of the Role

  • The business lead will drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • The Business lead will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to carry out business requirements for complex organizational dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Product development

  • Maintain product knowledge and show knowledge of the product internally and
  • externally to stakeholders including, influencers, and pre-sales customer scenarios with Business Value proposals.
  • Help create compelling, localized product Bill of Materials (BOM) to customers.
  • Drive usage of implemented solution through customer interactions and programs
  • like health checks bring more opportunities and develop high value needs scenarios.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Marketing Planning

  • Responsible for supporting the lead and orchestrating marketing plans supporting
  • GRC and anti-fraud products.
  • Actively engage customers in different segments with the aim of qualifying customers
  • Act as the voice of the field by ensuring timely updates/feedback to the department
  • on product marketing and campaign execution carried out by the company.

Technical Presales Engagement:

  • Engage with the sales team to create new opportunities for Digital Business products and develop industry-specific pipelines.
  • Source, document, and develop presales collaterals to facilitate client engagements and deal closure.
  • Conduct customer-facing presentations, demos, proposal development, PoCs, deal sizing, and pricing for assigned products.
  • Be a technical leader for products in the department and deliver strongly on your areas of technical ownership
  • Drive building a positive culture on the team that aligns with ActivEdge values
  • Respond to customer issues according to SLA
  • Design and build solution according to customer requirements
  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
  • Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.

Technology and Industry Knowledge:

  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of technology trends, market dynamics, and industry priorities.
  • Pursue and earn product-based and industry certification targets to attain the desired level of competencies.

Training and Enablement:

  • Facilitate training and support enablement plans to build internal capabilities for digital business sales, product delivery, and support.
  • Conduct product enablement sessions, workshops, and training for clients.

Job Requirement

  • 8+ years of business experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and partnership development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with knowledge in Business Administration, Management, or related field
