The company’s STEEL FABRICATION DIVISION fabricates sound proof canopies for all the generators using the latest technology machines.

Summary

  • To provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application problems.
  • Manage and maintain Windows operating systems and basic server environments.
  • Install and update software applications and security patches.
  • Maintain IT documentation and support tickets.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical services.
  • Ensure data backup, security, and compliance with IT policies.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or any related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and overseeing teams in IT support.

Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows OS and basic Windows Server administration
  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Active Directory and user management
  • Hardware troubleshooting
  • Good understanding of IT security practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
