Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s digital transformation strategy.
- Oversee the integration of modern technology solutions into core banking, customer engagement, and internal operations.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage enterprise IT architecture, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems.
- Champion innovation by identifying and deploying emerging technologies that enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to digitise processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security across digital platforms.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams focused on digital product development and systems optimisation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain technological leadership.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in digital strategy, IT leadership, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong background in digital transformation within financial services (preferably banking or fintech).
- Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide digital systems (e.g., core banking platforms, CRM, mobile/web applications).
- Excellent understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML tools, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital innovation and change management initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
