As Community Manager, you will:
- Build, nurture, and engage an online prayer and fasting community with Christ-centered values.
- Facilitate daily/weekly prayer and fasting programs, ensuring participation and accountability.
- Share biblical devotionals, prayer points, and encouragement that align with Scripture.
- Guide members on healthier living during fasting seasons (Daniel fast, plant-based diets, clean eating).
- Share and moderate recipes, healthy living tips, and wellness discussions from a biblical perspective.
- Moderate community discussions with grace, ensuring conversations remain Christ-focused, uplifting, and edifying.
- Organize and host online sessions, check-ins, and Q&A sessions.
- Create simple structures for accountability, engagement, and discipleship.
- Collaborate with leadership to expand the community’s reach and impact.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- A committed Christian with a strong personal prayer and fasting life.
- Passionate about spreading the gospel and discipling others through community.
- Experienced in online community building and management (Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar).
- Knowledgeable or interest in healthy diets, fasting-friendly meals, and nutrition (especially vegetarian & plant-based approaches).
- Skilled in communication—both written and spoken—with the ability to inspire, encourage, and guide others.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable creating content and engagement strategies.
- Tech-savvy (familiar with online platforms, digital engagement tools, scheduling, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience managing or moderating Christian communities (online or in-person).
- Familiarity with Christian fasting disciplines.
- A background in health, nutrition, or wellness (formal or informal) is a plus.
