Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to address client needs.
- Provide periodic updates, reports, and account reviews to clients where necessary.
Requirements:
- BA, BSC or it Equivalent in any related field
- 2-5 years of experience in client services, sales, or relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
- Presentation and negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong relationship-building capabilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
