Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Build, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to address client needs.
  • Provide periodic updates, reports, and account reviews to clients where necessary.

Requirements:

  • BA, BSC or it Equivalent in any related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in client services, sales, or relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and negotiation capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
