Role Overview
- We’re seeking a proactive Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, drive seamless campaign execution, and uncover growth opportunities. You’ll serve as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring excellent service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients; deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Translate client briefs into clear strategies and aligned execution.
- Oversee campaigns, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams on proposals and plans.
- Monitor performance, share insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Support business development through networking and referrals.
- Manage client feedback and escalations professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in a client-facing role within an advertising/marketing/media agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
