Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our student community.
- Plan and manage both online and offline events (language cafés, webinars, cultural nights).
- Manage and grow our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp etc
- Create and schedule engaging content: videos, reels, graphics, and captions.
- Respond promptly to DMs, comments, and student inquiries.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to improve community experience.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in community management or social media marketing.
- Strong writing and content creation skills (graphics/video editing a plus).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and Google Forms.
- Excellent communication and organizational, and interpersonal skills- must be confident initiating and leading group interactions.
