Description

  • Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Content Creator & Community Manager to be the voice of the brand and foster relationships with the community.

Responsibilities
Content Creation:

  • Develop, curate, and post regular content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content, style, and layout.

Community Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and feedback across social channels, ensuring all communication represents the brand positively.
  • Monitor and report on online reviews, feedback, and overall sentiment, identifying opportunities to enhance community engagement.

Event Participation & Organization:

  • Plan, organize, and participate in events (both online and offline) to strengthen community bonds and boost brand awareness.

Cross-departmental Collaboration:

  • Coordinate effectively with Marketing, PR, Communications, and other teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Share insights from community interactions with relevant departments to influence strategy.

Stay Updated:

  • Keep abreast of digital technology trends, emerging platforms, and tools to ensure our brand remains at the cutting edge of digital engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a content creator, social media coordinator, community manager, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Hootsuite, Facebook Creator Suite, Canva..etc).
  • Solid ability to identify, monitor, and explain community KPIs.
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of online marketing channels and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic, online customer engagement metrics, and community feedback.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities for community growth and engagement.
  • Familiarity with professional software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro) would be a plus.
