Role Summary

  • The Content, Community & Growth Manager is responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion into TalentSphere Academy courses and the mentorship program.
  • This role combines AI-powered content creation, community engagement, and growth marketing. You will be the bridge between our content, learning community, and paid mentorship cohorts

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Distribution:

  • Create short-form educational videos using AI tools, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
  • Produce content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs focused on talent growth and remote jobs
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Community Management:

  • Actively engage members on WhatsApp and Telegram communities
  • Answer questions, spark conversations, and share value-driven content
  • Promote free trainings, Selar courses, and mentorship opportunities
  • Moderate groups and ensure a positive learning environment.

Growth & Conversion:

  • Drive sign-ups into the LMScourses
  • Warm and convert qualified talents into thementorship program
  • Track interested leads and follow up consistently
  • Support monthly cohort enrollment targets.

Task & Performance Management:

  • Work with daily and weekly tasks using Trello
  • Track content performance, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Submit weekly growth and activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form video growth
  • Ability to use Canva, CapCut, AI video tools
  • Experience managing WhatsApp and Telegram communities
  • Basic understanding of online sales funnels and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in edtech, coaching, or online communities
  • Knowledge of remote job platforms and global hiring trends
  • Copywriting or basic marketing background

  • Consistent growth of TalentSphere social media pages
  • Active and engaged WhatsApp/Telegram communities
  • Monthly enrollment into Selar courses
  • Regular conversion into mentorship cohorts
  • Strong brand visibility for TalentSphere Hub.
