Job Description
- Develop, write, and edit clear, compelling content across blogs, website, and social media to reflect the company’s voice and goals.
- Plan and execute an SEO content strategy to increase organic traffic, improve rankings, and attract qualified leads.
- Create engaging social media content and campaigns that connect with large audiences while staying consistent with brand messaging.
- Act as a community manager by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Appear on camera to represent the brand in social videos, livestreams, and other digital formats that drive engagement.
- Analyze content and community performance metrics (SEO, traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure content and community efforts support campaigns and business objectives.
- Manage the content calendar and community initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality, audience-focused output across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in building & executing a content marketing strategy that impacts business results.
- Proven social media and networking expertise.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skill
- Must have completed NYSC.
