About the role
- We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable female storyteller to join the Africhange marketing team.
- This opportunity is for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are ready to learn, create, and grow.
What you'll be doing
- Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and other consumer-facing platforms
- Appearing on camera - presenting, hosting, or narrating content
- Writing captions, scripts, and copy for campaigns
- Collaborating with the content team to ensure content fits the platform strategy
- Contributing ideas to campaign briefs and creative sessions
- Supporting the team with content for key moments - product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.
What you should have
- Fresh graduate or 0 - 2 years of experience in content creation, media, communications, or a related field
- Comfortable and natural on camera, this is non-negotiable
- Genuinely creative - you bring ideas nobody asked for, and they're usually good
- Strong visual sense - you notice when something looks good and when it doesn't
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content platforms
- Basic video editing skills - CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
- Access to a working laptop or smartphone with a good camera
- Available during core working hours and able to commit to occasional in-person shoot days.
