Key responsibilities
- Create short-form content including videos, graphics, carousels, and explainers from existing stories and research
- Adapt long-form editorial work into engaging, shareable formats without losing nuance or accuracy
- Support social impact campaigns, events, and advocacy projects with timely creative assets
- Collaborate with editorial and growth teams to refine formats based on audience engagement
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience creating digital content, preferably around social, civic, or development issues
- Strong storytelling instincts and platform awareness
- Basic video editing, design, or motion skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with editorial teams
