Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator who can conceptualize, produce, and manage engaging content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of storytelling, brand voice, and content trends, as well as the ability to adapt style and format for different audiences and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop high-quality written, visual, and video content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align content with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Create original concepts for marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
- Adapt content to suit different platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Plan and manage content calendars for multiple clients.
- Optimize content for engagement, shareability, and SEO.
- Stay on top of social media and content trends to keep outputs fresh and relevant.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and marketers to produce cohesive campaigns.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative strategy sessions.
- Repurpose content across formats (e.g., turning blog posts into social posts, videos into reels, etc.).
Analytics & Improvement
- Monitor content performance and audience engagement, using insights to improve future outputs.
- Experiment with new formats and techniques to boost reach and impact.
Requirements & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role in marketing or media.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Facebook) and content best practices.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
