- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms including social media, blogs, and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Create video, photo, and written content that promotes property listings and company services
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent brand communication
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop campaign ideas and promotional strategies
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
- Stay updated with social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Content Specialist
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills
- Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn for business promotion
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is an advantage
