About the Role
- We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Creator to join our team in Abuja. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating impactful digital content in the healthcare and medical field.
- As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content for social media platforms and the hospital’s website. Your work will help communicate our medical services, patient care stories, health awareness campaigns, and brand values to a wide audience.
- Daily tasks will include designing posts and infographics, editing images and short videos, writing compelling captions and web content, and collaborating with our marketing team to execute campaigns that educate, inform, and attract patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging and informative content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and the hospital website.
- Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials tailored to the healthcare audience.
- Edit and produce short-form videos, animations, and reels for awareness campaigns and service promotions.
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling captions, blog posts, and web copy optimized for engagement and SEO.
- Plan and manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Monitor healthcare trends and audience insights to produce relevant and timely content.
- Ensure all content aligns with medical accuracy, brand guidelines, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and the marketing team to translate complex medical information into easy-to-understand content.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a digital content creator for social media and web platforms.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required.
- Experience in writing and editing content for digital platforms, with an understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to simplify medical or technical information into engaging public-friendly content.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical, marketing, and web development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry is a strong advantage.
