Content Creator
Position Overview

  • We are seeking a highly creative and organized Content Creator to produce engaging, on-brand content across multiple digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, fashion, and beauty, with a proven ability to conceptualize, create, and edit compelling content that enhances brand visibility and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute creative content strategies aligned with Kiitana’s brand identity and product launches.
  • Create high-quality photo, video, and written content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Product teams to translate product stories into visually engaging content.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process — from ideation, scripting, and shooting to editing and publishing.
  • Stay current with social media trends, fashion and beauty industry news, and viral content opportunities.
  • Engage with audiences across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and suggest optimizations to improve reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external creators, photographers, and stylists as needed for collaborative campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Content Creator, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent visual storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Aesthetic eye for fashion and branding with an understanding of influencer-style content.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Experience working with influencers or lifestyle brands.
  • Comfort in front of the camera and the ability to represent the brand authentically.
  • Basic photography or videography skills (using DSLR or mobile).
