Job Summary
We are looking for a Content Creator/Content Strategist who will be responsible for sourcing, creating, and executing high-performing video content that drives product sales. This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy - and can turn that understanding into high-converting video ads across TikTok and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-performing video ideas and trends from TikTok and other social platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping hooks that capture attention within the first 5 seconds.
- Shoot engaging video content (including face-to-camera content).
- Develop fresh creative concepts to avoid content monotony.
- Create compelling UGC-style content for e-commerce products.
- Edit videos for ads and organic social media distribution.
- Ability to use AI tools to generate videos, contents ideas and scripts
- Strategically position products in videos to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with creators, and personal network to produce diverse content.
- Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data.
Requirements/Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Creative Arts, Digital Media, or any related field.
- Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement TikTok-style content.
- Proven portfolio of past content work
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce selling psychology through video.
- Ability to use AI tools to generate content ideas and scripts.
- Must reside in Lagos
- Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
