Job Purpose
- The Content Creator / Copywriter will be responsible for developing compelling and consistent content across all marketing channels to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written content for digital and offline channels, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Write persuasive ad copy for digital campaigns and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist and Graphic Designer to ensure cohesive messaging and visual alignment.
- Maintain brand tone, voice, and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Support content planning and editorial calendars.
- Conduct basic research to support content development and thought leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Content quality and consistency
- Engagement metrics (reads, clicks, conversions)
- Timely delivery of content
- Alignment with campaign objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in content writing or copywriting.
