Position Overview
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the company’s social media platforms, and promoting our real estate products to attract and convert potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality content for all social media platforms
- Manage and grow the company’s social media pages
- Develop and implement content strategies and campaigns
- Promote company properties and services through digital platforms
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
- Monitor social media performance and provide reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to the business.
Requirements
- Preferably female
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager
- Experience working with a real estate company will be highly considered
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to create high-quality content (videos, graphics, captions, reels)
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
