About the job

  • At Kraks Media, we create content that informs, entertains, and drives conversation. We’re looking for a Content Operations Lead who can combine creative thinking with operational excellence — someone who can build structure, drive consistency, and help scale our content engine.

Role Summary:

  • You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, designing and managing systems, workflows, and processes that keep our creative teams productive and aligned with business goals.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Strategy

  • Drive content planning, production, and publishing across platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
  • Review and approve content for quality and alignment.

Operations & Workflow

  • Build and optimise workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems.
  • Coordinate timelines, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.

Team & Performance

  • Support creators, editors, and production teams.
  • Track performance metrics and define KPIs.
  • Prepare actionable performance reports.

Growth & Innovation

  • Identify trends and new content opportunities.
  • Support campaigns, partnerships, and scaling initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Technical Competencies

  • CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
  • SEO & optimisation tools.
  • Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, dashboards, platform insights).
  • Digital asset & content lifecycle management.
  • Basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in content, media, or operations-driven roles.

  • Experience managing content systems and performance.
  • Solid understanding of analytics and digital content dynamics.
