- At Kraks Media, we create content that informs, entertains, and drives conversation. We’re looking for a Content Operations Lead who can combine creative thinking with operational excellence — someone who can build structure, drive consistency, and help scale our content engine.
Role Summary:
- You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, designing and managing systems, workflows, and processes that keep our creative teams productive and aligned with business goals.
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Strategy
- Drive content planning, production, and publishing across platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure brand consistency.
- Review and approve content for quality and alignment.
Operations & Workflow
- Build and optimise workflows, SOPs, and tracking systems.
- Coordinate timelines, schedules, and resources.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve team efficiency.
Team & Performance
- Support creators, editors, and production teams.
- Track performance metrics and define KPIs.
- Prepare actionable performance reports.
Growth & Innovation
- Identify trends and new content opportunities.
- Support campaigns, partnerships, and scaling initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Technical Competencies
- CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
- SEO & optimisation tools.
- Analytics & reporting (Google Analytics, dashboards, platform insights).
- Digital asset & content lifecycle management.
- Basic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
