Job Overview:

The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, community growth, customer loyalty, and revenue. 

This role combines storytelling, copywriting, digital content creation, and campaign insight to strengthen the company\' s online presence, support sales and marketing initiatives, and engage the company’s audience across multiple digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and community platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals, target audience, and revenue objectives.
  • Create, write, and edit compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Craft stories that drive engagement, support sales, and influence conversions.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Implement a structured content calendar across all owned media (social, blog, email, articles) to ensure frequency, variety, and relevance of posts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ideate and execute converting digital campaigns.
  • Support customer retention initiatives through email marketing, loyalty messaging, and community-driven content.
  • Promote visibility and support market positioning of the company’s products and services (MOVIL, Markov Games AI, through digital storytelling and campaigns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Social Media) to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Track and report key metrics such as engagement, reach, content-driven conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization across the company’s ecosystem.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives such as paid ads, influencer campaigns, referral programs, SEO and SEM, and conversion rate optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bsc. In Marketing, Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.
  • Google Analytics Certification, Digital Marketing Certification
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, paid ads, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with dashboards, marketing automation tools, and SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Excel.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Developing and managing growth strategies across organic and paid channels.
  • Targeted campaigns to drive new user signups/downloads Experience with paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Clear presentation of ideas, insights, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
  • Staying updated with trends in growth hacking, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
