We’re seeking a strategic and creative Content Strategy Lead to shape and execute our content vision across multiple platforms. As a key member of the Communications team, you will drive the development and delivery of compelling content that amplifies our brand narrative, engages key stakeholders, and supports business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure consistency, resonance, and impact in every story we tell.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation of an integrated content strategy aligned with the organization’s brand voice, values, and strategic objectives.
- Editorial Planning: Own and manage the editorial calendar across internal and external channels (website, newsletter, social media, campaigns, reports, etc.).
- Content Creation & Oversight: Guide content ideation, production, and quality assurance whether in written, visual, video, or digital format.
- Audience Insight: Use research and analytics to understand audience behavior and tailor content for relevance, engagement, and performance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with designers, writers, and external agencies to bring content ideas to life.
- Innovation: Stay on top of content trends, formats, and technologies to keep our communications modern, effective, and inspiring.
- Governance: Uphold content governance standards, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice across all materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or editorial leadership.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience managing content teams or editorial projects.
- Understanding of SEO, content analytics, and digital distribution strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple content workstreams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Background in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field.
