Position Overview
- The Content Strategy & Social Media Associate is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content that strengthens the company’s brand presence, drives engagement, and supports property sales.
- This role blends creative storytelling, digital marketing, and real estate market insight to produce compelling content across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, detail?oriented, and passionate about digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
- Create high?quality content including property descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Plan and manage content calendars for social media, campaigns, and property launches.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to craft messaging that highlights property features and value propositions.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Produce engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories showcasing properties, client testimonials, and brand activities.
- Monitor social media trends and apply best practices to increase reach and engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for property listings and brand awareness.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency across digital channels.
- Manage online property listings and ensure accuracy of information and visuals.
- Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, property portals) with content and creative assets.
Creative Production & Collaboration:
- Work with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to produce high?quality visual content.
- Coordinate property shoots, walkthrough videos, and virtual tour content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
Market Research & Insights:
- Stay updated on real estate trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
- Identify new content opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to create short?form video content and manage multimedia workflows.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment.
- Passion for real estate, design, and digital trends.
Working Conditions:
- Full?time role with occasional fieldwork for property shoots and events.
- May require weekend or evening work during major campaigns or property launches.
