Job Summary:
- The Associate, Brand & Corporate Development will support the development and execution of strategic branding, public relations, and corporate communication initiatives to enhance Brila Media’s presence, audience engagement, partnerships and commercial initiatives. The role requires a mix of creativity, digital strategy, brand management and stakeholder management to maintain Brila’s reputation as a leading sportainment media brand in Nigeria and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Communications:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand campaigns that align with Brila Media’s vision and business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including social media, website, and offline platforms.
- Draft press releases, media statements, newsletters, and corporate communication materials.
- Ensure communications for notable dates and special dates in the organization.
Content & Digital Strategy:
- Work with the content team to create engaging storytelling formats for Brila’s platforms.
- Support the execution of social media and digital engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Collaborate on multimedia content, including video scripts, branded animations, and promotional campaigns.
Media & Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, journalists, and partners.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to provide insights for positioning Brila Media effectively.
- Assist in organizing press conferences, media events, and brand activations.
Corporate Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Support outreach efforts to potential partners, sponsors, and corporate collaborators.
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and impact reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication for all initiatives.
Event Coordination & Brand Activations:
- Assist in planning and executing Brila Media’s events, sponsorship activations, and community initiatives.
- Support the logistics and promotional aspects of key brand moments, including awards, conferences, and media partnerships.
Office of the C.E.O
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives led by the Office of the CEO
- Assist in scripting, recording, and editing content for the CEO’s communications.
Communication & Documentation Management
- Develop and maintain structured documentation for ongoing projects, campaigns, and partnerships within the department.
- Assist in drafting and managing internal and external communications, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure proper record-keeping of departmental activities, initiatives, and key decisions.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Support the creation of communication materials, including newsletters, media releases, and campaign updates.
- Monitor and streamline digital and physical documentation for easy access and retrieval.
