Position Overview
- We are in search of a highly creative and motivated Graphic/Creative Designer to join our dynamic team.
- As a Graphic/Creative Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on the conceptualization and design of visually appealing graphics and illustrations across various mediums.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for various marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns, print collateral and more.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Execute design projects ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Maintain organized file structures and documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and project management.
- Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and find innovative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Very good background in print-related projects.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs to achieve client objectives.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and evolving project requirements in a dynamic work environment.
