Role Description
- This is a hybrid role for a Creative Team Lead, located in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Creative Team Lead will oversee the creative direction of projects, guide the design team, and ensure that all visual output aligns with the brand’s goals and identity.
- The role involves developing concepts, supervising the creation of digital and print designs, managing brand assets, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative work.
- Day-to-day tasks include leading brainstorming sessions, reviewing design materials, providing feedback to the creative team, collaborating with strategy and marketing teams, and maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior creative or team lead role
- Strong proficiency in graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication
- Ability to guide, mentor, and manage a creative team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating creative leadership and professional design work
