Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and data pipelines.
- Support data-driven decision-making by delivering clear and concise presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on analytical findings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years minimum) in a data analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
