As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this mission. You will transform data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making across our marketing, product, and commercial teams. Your analytical skills and passion for data will help us uncover trends, shape strategies, and build reports that serve our business needs.
Key responsibilities / accountabilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities that can enhance our business functions.
- Create and maintain impactful reports and dashboards that are easily interpreted by business stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis that addresses urgent business questions and provides context for decision-making.
- Effectively present your findings to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into practical strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
- Proficient in Excel and SQL, with a strong understanding of data manipulation.
- Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is essential.
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets is preferred.
- A degree in a quantitative field is preferred (Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science), but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
