Position Summary:
- The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions.
- This role involves working closely with various departments to identify data needs, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that support business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The staff will be responsible for:
- Detecting, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
- Coordinating with management to align business and informational priorities.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements via data reporting
- Employing statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
- Collaborating with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
- Developing data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
