Job Summary
- The Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Generate basic reports as required
- Organize and file documents (physical and electronic)
- Work closely with other departments to collect and confirm data
Job Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Good typing speed with high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills.
