Description
- We are recruiting talents with solid language skills and experience in data quality management.
- Here, you will lead the quality management of multilingual datasets, solve complex data quality challenges, and collaborate across functions with the localization team.
Responsibilities
- AI Data Quality Management: Based on business needs such as ASR, CV, NLU, and TTS, and leveraging personal language advantages, ensure quality compliance before project delivery by controlling key aspects of the quality management chain, including personnel training, process Q&A, and scientific sampling.
- Personnel Training: As a trainer in the department, you will proactively design medium and long-term training systems and be responsible for training effectiveness, and provide guidance for business personnel selection and utilization.
- Quality Management System Construction and Tool-Based Efficiency Improvement: Build a full-chain, multilingual data quality management system, develop reusable quality control methods, and promote the integration and implementation of automated quality inspection tools and process management tools to adapt to the large-scale quality needs of large models and voice services.
Qualifications
- Native speaker of the Hausa language and possessing relevant linguistic knowledge; English can be used as a working language.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Familiar with ASR/NLU technology and its application scenarios.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent cross-team and cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in data annotation or hands-on experience with large-scale multilingual datasets.
- PMP or other project management certifications.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Python.
- Stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies, and be willing to continuously learn new knowledge.
