Role Overview
You will work directly with the founder to scale Erocraves’ organic presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram.
This is a performance-driven role for someone creative, strategic, and comfortable working within the intimacy & sexual wellness space.
We are not hiring someone to “just post.”
We are hiring someone who thinks in growth, experiments weekly, and builds systems.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Organic Growth (TikTok & Instagram)
- Create and manage daily TikTok confession-style content
- Develop engaging Instagram reels and posts
- Test hooks, storytelling styles, and content formats
- Stay ahead of trends and adapt quickly
- Drive meaningful engagement and traffic
Influencer & Community Growth
- Identify and initiate influencer collaborations
- Manage and track influencer performance
- Build a structured influencer pipeline
- Help grow and engage our Telegram community
- Drive traffic from social platforms into Telegram
- Contribute ideas to strengthen community engagement and retention
Growth Experiments & Reporting
- Propose and execute weekly content experiments
- Track engagement, follower growth, and performance metrics
- Participate in structured weekly review meetings
- Suggest improvements based on data and learnings
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Consistent daily TikTok content system
- Measurable growth in followers and engagement
- Active influencer collaborations
- Growth in Telegram community members and engagement
- Weekly reporting system implemented
- Clear documentation of experiments and learnings
Who We’re Looking For
You are:
- Comfortable discussing intimacy & relationship topics maturely
- Creative and proactive (you bring ideas, not just execution)
- Highly active on TikTok and Instagram
- Strong at writing hooks and attention-grabbing captions
- Organized, accountable, and growth-minded
- Hungry to build something meaningful
Bonus if you:
- Have managed a content-driven page before
- Understand ecommerce brands
- Have experience growing online communities
