Role Purpose
- To create visually compelling creative assets that effectively support Growth, E-Commerce Merchandising, and CRM campaigns, driving engagement and conversion across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality campaign creatives, banners, and product visuals tailored for digital and offline platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and visual standards across all online and offline communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with Growth and Merchandising teams to align creative output with business and campaign objectives.
- Provide creative support for promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product launches.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Campaign Engagement Metrics (CTR, Likes, Shares)
- Timely Delivery of Creative Assets
- Conversion Support Rate for Merchandising Campaigns.
Ideal Background:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital or brand design, preferably within an e-commerce or consumer brand environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong visual storytelling ability with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and e-commerce visual best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working across multidisciplinary teams.
