The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and promoting MTG products through various online channels.
The candidate is expected to leverage his/her expertise in the digital landscape to connect with our target audiences, and drive marketing sales.
Responsibilities
Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies: This includes creating online marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, optimizing websites, and implementing SEO strategies.
Content Creation and Management: Producing engaging content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media profiles and campaigns, engaging with followers, and monitoring brand mentions.
Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, and measuring campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Improving website visibility and ranking in search engine results.
Web Analytics and Reporting: Tracking website traffic, analysing campaign performance, and reporting on results to stakeholders.
Collaboration with Other Teams: Working with sales, design, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze audience needs and behavior across digital platforms.
Generate reports and insights to optimize digital strategies, identify trends, and in order for Management to make data-driven decisions to improve our digital marketing drive and reach.
Coordinate with all subsidiaries, including editorial, sales, design, and business development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing engagement strategies with overall organizational goals.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing for the group
Produce creative content, including videos and blog post
Stay abreast of technology trends and use this to contribute ideas to the Company
Deliver the Digital revenue Target assigned.
Requirements and Skills
Minimum of BSc / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Capable of identifying, attracting and engaging target audiences
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
Proven marketing experience on different digital platforms
Experience with leading and managing social media marketing campaigns
Knowledge of email, newsletters, push notification and display advertising campaigns
Ability to use SEO, SEM and marketing databases for promotional purposes
Proficiency in using website analytics tools, ad serving tools and marketing software
Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
