The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Lisa Suites Limited’s digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive online engagement, generate leads, and boost room bookings and overall revenue.
The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital channels, particularly within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.).
- Create engaging content (graphics, short videos, reels, promotions).
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and online engagement promptly.
Website & Online Presence
- Manage and update the company website content.
- Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Ensure booking links and contact information are functional and updated.
- Improve website traffic and conversion rates.
Online Advertising & Campaigns
- Run and manage digital ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust for optimal ROI.
- Track lead generation and booking conversions.
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality marketing content including:
- Promotional videos
- Graphics and flyers
- Blog posts
- Email newsletters
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for the hotel environment.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor online reviews (Google, Booking platforms, etc.).
- Respond professionally to customer reviews.
- Improve brand reputation and customer perception.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Increase in room bookings via digital channels
- Growth in social media engagement and followers

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3 years experience in digital marketing (hospitality experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in:
- Social media management tools

- SEO practices
- Content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
