We are a fast-growing real estate company focused on providing premium land and housing opportunities in Abuja and other major cities in Nigeria. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to help generate qualified property leads and increase online visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
- Generate qualified leads for property sales.
- Manage and update the company website with property listings.
- Create engaging content such as property videos, graphics and reels.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Requirements:
- 5-10years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience running Facebook and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies.
- Experience managing social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Real estate marketing experience
- Video editing skills
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Salary: 500k + Performance Bonus
