Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer/Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the engineering consulting industry.
  • Ideal Candidate should be in the NYSC Program looking for a Place of Primary Assignment

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media posts.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
  • Analyze social media insights to optimize content performance.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and informative content for the company website, blogs, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex engineering concepts into user-friendly content.
  • Create visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive presentations.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the company's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevant keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
  • Design visually appealing email templates and craft compelling email copies.
  • Analyze email campaign results and adjust strategies as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.


  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 5 years work experience.
