Our client is seeking a creative, innovative, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Content Creator to build and manage the company’s online presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging marketing content, driving online campaigns, and enhancing the brand’s visibility both locally and internationally—particularly among diaspora investors and clients seeking premium housing solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Manage company’s official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X) with daily/weekly content updates.
- Create and monitor targeted ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, and other insights dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Sales Manager to align campaigns with property sales objectives.
- Manage digital budgets and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
Content Creation Duties:
- Design high-quality visual content, including property showcase videos, 3D renderings, info graphics, and promotional graphics.
- Produce engaging real estate content such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and client success stories.
- Capture and edit photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
- Plan and execute creative campaigns for estate launches, open house events, and investment promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Research trending content formats to boost audience engagement and visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and professional content creation (preferably in real estate, luxury brands, or investment services).
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media algorithms, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for persuasive and engaging storytelling.
- Strong photography and videography skills are a major advantage.
- Ability to work independently while delivering under strict deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous digital campaigns and content is required.
