Responsibilities

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Oversee social media accounts
  • Devise digital strategies
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant discipline from a reputable higher institution.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer.
  • A Yoruba Male Christian.
  • Must be social media savvy.
  • Ability to take great photos.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • MS Office and English proficiency.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
